One of our fantastic suppliers, Carte Blanche, has teamed up with local Languedoc legend Christophe Muret of Domaine de Castelnau to bring you their very own labeled Midi Rose. Christophe makes wines with purity and great character and, we think, at wonderful prices. To think he once made his money from growing melons! We are glad he decided to turn his had to making wine.
Tasting Notes
Summer vibes! Red fruits and beautiful acidity! This is a wine that is beautifully crafted and is made for light dishes and BBQs. There is a soft edge that balances the acidity and the ripeness of the fruit make this such a moreish wine.
