About Domaine Deliance
Domaine Deliance is situated in Dracy-le-Fort, two kilometres from the village of Givry. The estate has 15 hectares of vineyard and they specialise in sparkling wines. The Crémant is produced in exactly the same way as Champagne and aged for over 20 months on lees prior to disgorging, adding greater complexity and weight. This is a fabulous alternative to Champagne and the cuvée we have chosen is dominated by Pinot Noir.
The Crémant is naturally fermented and undergoes secondary fermentation after the wine has been blended and aged for 12 months. It lies sur latte for 20 months minimum prior to disgorgement and has 6-8 grams of sugar.
It has a very expressive nose of red fruits and white flowers, with biscuit undertones, a creamy mousse and soft, fresh palate. Absolutely stunning Champagne alternative.
