About Gonzalo Grijalba
Born in Logrono, Gonzalo was a child of the vines, his parents cultivated vineyards in Fuenmayor. He studied biology in Leon and oenology in Rioja and travelled through Europe learning through experience about the many ways to make wine with little intervention. On returning to Spain he started to make wines his way and vowed not to be influenced by wine fashion trends or short cuts. His wines are natural, pure and exciting.
Tasting Notes
Think candied strawberry and cherry and you wont be far wrong. Super fresh and delicious. Like the other two Cerdo wines the Rosado represents exceptional quality at a very affordable price. This is the ultimate BBQ wine!
