About Maison Blanche
The Château Maison Blanche takes its name from a large and beautiful building in white stone located in the heart of a large park. This is the family estate of Nicolas Despagne: an illustrious family of wine producers. There are 32 hectares on a single plot of this part of Montagne Saint-Émilion. The plot was converted to organic farming in 2006 and bio-dynamics followed in 2011.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of blackberry and cassis, dark chocolate, and an earthy quality. The palate shows deep blackberry liqueur with prune, spice, graphite and citrus. The finish is long with firm acidity. Excellent Value right bank Bordeaux.
