About
The story of Vorin-Jumel is not an unusual one in Champagne, The Vorin family had vineyards in Grand Cru Cramant and the Jumel family has vineyards in Chouilly, with the family united through marriage Vorin-Jumel was born. The family has 13 hectares in cote des Blancs, and they are located in the Grand Cru village of Cramant. There have been 5 generations of the family taking care of the land and making exceptional champagne and the family are forever striving for perfection. Their style is elegant, clean and precise and their vineyard approach, although not certified, leans towards a more natural and sustainable approach.
Tasting Notes
Green apple nose with brioche and a slight toasty aroma. Lovely minerality with apple and citrus notes. This 100% Chardonnay grower Champagne is made from grapes which are all from Grand Crus sites, it is outstanding and we would put it against some big name Blanc de Blanc Champagnes with confidence.
